Can I access problem-solving therapy using technology?

Problem solving therapy is an evidence based treatment that is often used in patients with depression. It can be be offered in person with a trained therapist, but there are also online and smartphone versions too. These online and smartphone versions can be effective – but sometimes people have trouble completing a full course of an online therapy. If considering using a digital version of problem solving therapy, it is important to work with your clinical team to create a plan to help you stay on track and complete the treatment.
