Important Information for Parents and Friends of Young People Experiencing Psychosis

This resource was selected by SMI Adviser content partners and approved by the SMI Adviser clinical expert team for inclusion in the knowledge base.

This understanding is the first step parents or friends can take so they may provide support on the journey towards recovery. As a parent or friend of someone with psychosis, it may be hard at first to understand how someone experiencing psychosis may be feeling.
